In teams of three; one teammate at each station, resting two minutes between stations; one bar, box, and pair of DB/KBs per team:
Station 1 – Establish a 1RM Clean and Jerk in 10 Minutes
Station 2 – AMRAP 10 Minutes
20 Box Jumps (24/20)
Station 3 – AMRAP 10 Minutes
10 Weighted Lunges
Scoring: Three separate scores for each team (Total clean and jerk weight / Total Station 2 Reps / Total Station 3 Reps). The 200m run = 20 reps.
