January Challenge
Max Unbroken Reps at 50% of bodyweight (or approximately 50% of 1RM)
(Score = Total Reps, Weight Used, and RX notation if applicable)

B. EMOM 24 Alternating
Min1: 15-20 KB Swings (RX= 20 reps at 24/16kg)
Min2: 10 DB/KB Lunges (5 per leg. No RX, just go heavy)
Min3: 10-15 Burpees to 6” Target (RX=15 reps)
(Score = # of RX rounds completed of the 16 possible)
