Build over the 6 sets with perfect technique.

B. 5 Minutes of Toes-to-Bar Practice

C. Complete as many Hang Power Clean reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
25 Bar-Facing Burpees
Hang Power Clean x Max Reps (52/34)

Rest 4 Minutes

Complete as many Toes-to-Bar reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
400m Run
