A. 3 Sets:
Bulgarian Split Squat x 8 @3111 each leg
Rest 45s after each side
Supinated Barbell Bent Over Row x 8 @ 2111
Rest 45s

B. 5 Sets: AMRAP 3 Minutes
12 Russian KB Swings (Heavy)
9 Air Squats
6 Pushups
Rest 1 Minute between sets. Pick up where you left off on the last set.
Score = Total Rounds + Reps
