A. Every 90s for 6 Minutes: High Hang Snatch x 1 @ 50-65% 1RM Snatch
(Build from 50-65% over the 4 sets)

Every 90s for 6 Minutes: Hang Snatch x 1 @ 65-80% 1RM Snatch
(Build from 65-80% over the 4 sets)

Every 90s for 6 Minutes: Snatch x 1 @ 80%+ 1 RM Snatch
(Build from 80% to as heavy as you wish)

B. 3 Sets: AMRAP 5 Minutes
5 Over-the-Bar Burpees
5 Ground-to-Overhead (61/43)
Rest 2 minutes between sets. Start the next set where you left off.
