A. Spend 15 minutes working on Squat Snatch technique.

B. EMOM 21 Alternating Minutes
Minute1: Squat Snatch x 5 (60-65% 1RM Snatch)
Minute2: Situps x 10-15
Minute3: Double Unders x 30-40
