With a partner, alternating movements, complete AMRAP 30 minutes of:
50 Double Unders
40 Wall Ball (20/14)
30 KB Swings (24/16)
20 Burpees
10 Pullups

Partner 1 completes 50 Double Unders then Partner 2 completes 40 Wall Ball then Partner 1 completes 30 KB Swings…
