A. Every 2 minutes for 8 minutes: Pause Jerk x 1
Pause for 2s in the bottom of the dip and 1s in the receiving position.

B. Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes: Split Jerk x 1
Build to heavy.

C. For Time:
50ft Single Arm DB Overhead Walking Lunge
400m Run
20 Strict Pullups / Banded Strict Pullups / Ring Rows
400m Run
50ft Single Arm DB Overhead Walking Lunge
