In teams of 4, complete AMRAP 24 minutes of: 20 Burpees 20 Wall Ball (20/14) 20 Situps “Rest” Station The team must rotate as a team so all members must be done with their respective task before changing stations. The teammate at the “Rest” Station must hold two DB fully extended overhead.
