A. In 20 minutes, build to a 1RM Front Squat. B. Every 2 Minutes for 8 Minutes: Run 200m Max Rep Front Squats (61/43) Run 200m and in the remaining time of the two-minute interval, get as many front squats as you can. Once the two-minute interval is up, the next round begins.
