A. 3 Rounds for Time:
800m Run
100m Front Rack Barbell Carry (61/43)
40 Air Squats

Rest 5 Minutes

B. For Time:
50 Strict Pullups / Kipping
50 Strict Ring Dips / Kipping / Pushups

Rest 5 Minutes

C. In 5 Minutes, HS Walk (Bear Crawl) for Max Distance

Score 1 = Time at the completion of Part B
Score 2 = Distance Walked or Crawled
45 Minute Time Cap
