A. Every 3 minutes for 18 minutes: 2 Cleans + 2 Jerks
(Perform a clean. Drop the bar. Perform another clean followed by two Jerks.)
Build to heavy.

B. 3 Rounds for Time:
10 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)
15 Toes-to-Bar
20 DB Thrusters (no RX loading)
