A. In 15 minutes, build to a heavy Deadlift.

B. 3 Sets: Against a 4 minute running clock, complete:
400m Run
20 Wall Ball (20/14)
Max Rep Deadlifts*
Rest 4 minutes after each set
3 Scores = Reps of DL in each set

*Deadlift loading increases each set. Set 1 RX = 70/47; Set 2 RX = 84/61; Set 3 RX = 97/67
