Immediately followed by…

Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes: Back Squat x 5 @ 70%

B. AMRAP 12 Minutes
12 KB Swings (24/16)
12 Wall Ball (20/14)
12 Box Facing Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)
