A. 15 Minutes of Handstand Practice (HS hold against the wall, HSPU, parallette HSPU, freestanding HS hold, HS walk, etc.)

B. With a partner, alternating entire rounds, complete 5 rounds each of:
400m Run
20 Wall Ball (20/14)
10 Unbroken Deadlift
