Immediately followed by…

Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes: Snatch Balance + 2 Overhead Squats
Build to heavy.

B. 2 Sets: AMRAP 5 Minutes
5 Squat Clean Thrusters (52/34)
10 Over-the-Bar Burpees
Rest 2:30 between sets.
