Set 2: 3 x 80%
Set 3: 1 x 90%

Immediately followed by…

Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes: Back Squat x 3 @ 80-85%

B. AMRAP 10 Minutes
10 Push Press (43/29)
10 Alternating Front-Rack Reverse Lunges (43/29)
10 Burpees
