8am, 9am classes only

With a partner, complete AMRAP 30 minutes:
Run 400m
5 Pullups
10 Thrusters (34/25)
15 KB Swings (24/16)

One partner runs 400m while the other partner is completing as many rounds as he/she can. Partners switch once running partner completes 400m. Score is how many rounds of Pullups/Thrusters/KBS completed across the 30 minutes.
