A. Deadlift*

1 x 75%
1 x 80%
1 x 85%
1 x 90%
1 x 95%

*16 minutes to complete Part A. The first 4 sets should have around 60s rest between them. The Last 4 sets should have around 2 minutes rest between them.

B. EMOM 24 Alternating Minutes
Min1: 15 Sandbag Squats
Min2: 15 Pullups
Min3: 15 Box Jumps (24/20)
Min4: 15 KB Swings (24/16)
