“Team Tabata”

With a team of 4 and each teammate at a station, complete as many reps/calories as possible. There will be a 2-minute rest period between stations.

Station 1: 8 Rounds: 20s Max Rep Air Squats / Rest 10s
Station 2: 8 Rounds: 20s Max Rep Toes-to-Bar / Rest 10s
Station 3: 8 Rounds: 20s Max Rep Box Jumps / Rest 10s
Station 4: 8 Rounds: 20s Max Rep Rowing / Rest 10s
