Olympic Weightlifting

Welcome to Park Hill Weightlifting Club

Our goals:

  • to help you improve overall athleticism which will make you better at CrossFit and get you Rx WODs
  • to help you improve technique and minimize injuries
  • to help you increase muscular size, get muscle definition, lean body mass
  • to create a team environment that pushes you to the next level
  • to provide you a competition coach

We welcome all level lifters, young or old, and strength, power, or olympic lifters.

Specialized Programs from your Coach:

Strength and/or Olympic Lifting Program: $50

Get an assessment from your coach and figure out the best standard program for you. Programs are for beginners, masters, classic lift development, power development, and so on. Programs are designed so that you can cycle through it for 6 weeks or 6 months.

Strength and Olympic Lifting Program: $100

Get an assessment from your coach, a 10-12 week standard program, and 2-30 minute 1-1 coaching sessions. This is perfect for lifters who want to improve on technique and/or want to include olympic weightlifting moves into their program.

Olympic Weightlifting and Competition Prep Program: $100

Customized program created 3-4 weeks at a time, then your coach will re-asses and modify the program based on your performance. You can also receive specialized mobility exercises for you. And get your coach scheduled ahead of time to be at the competition with you.
