B. Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes (5 Sets):
30 Double Unders
1-5 Muscle Ups (Scales: Jumping MU, MU Progression, or Pullups)
C. AMRAP 15 Minutes:
5 Pullups
10 Situps
10 Pushups
15 Air Squats
*Wear a weight vest if performing Murph with one.
Scores = Total MU or Scaled Reps; Part C Rounds + Reps (RX + Vest, RX, or Scaled)
