 With a partner, one person working at a time, dividing the work evenly, complete:

50 Wall Ball (20/14)
50 Lateral Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)

Time Cap = 20 Minutes

B. Recovery
3 Sets:
100m Walk
30s Frog Stretch
30s Couch Stretch (each side)

Score = Part A Time or Reps Completed (RX or MB)
