A. 3 Sets:
12 Close-Grip Bench Press
60s Double KB Front Rack Hold
*Rest as needed between movements and sets
*Increase the loading on the BP as you are able.
*12 reps need to be done in 1-2 sets.
B. 5 Minutes of Turkish Get Up Instruction and Practice
C. Accumulate a 5-minute Plank Hold
*Every time you break, perform 1 TGU per arm
*Choose one plank position for the entire workout
