A. 5 Minutes of Bench Press Instruction and Practice + 10 Minutes to build to 80% of 1RM
B. Every 2:30 for 15 minutes (6 Sets): Bench Press
Set1: 3 reps @ 80%
Sets2-3: 2 reps
Sets4-6: 1 rep
Build as you can.
C. 4 Sets for Quality:
5 Tall Box Jumps
10 Strict Toes-to-Bar
20 Glute Bridges (load with DB if desired)
Score = Heaviest Bench Press
