30s Max Rep Handstand Pushups (Scale: Floor Seated DB Press)
Rest 2 minutes between sets.
B. With a partner, alternating rounds, complete 8 rounds for time of:
40 Double Unders (Scales: 40s of attempts or 80 Singles)
20 MB Weighted Situps (20/14)
Time Cap = 20 Minutes
