B. Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes: Split Jerk
Sets1-2: 5 reps @ 50-60% 1RM
Sets3-7: 4 reps @ 60-70% 1RM
Sets8-10: 3 reps @ 70-80% 1RM

C. 30-20-10 Reps of:
Toes-to-Bar
Pushups

Time Cap = 10 Minutes
Scores = Heaviest 3-Rep Split Jerk; Part C Time (RX or Scaled)
