Min1: 3-5 Muscle Ups (Scales: Low Ring Transitions, Ring Dips, or Challenging Pullups)
Min2: 16 Alternating DB Snatch (50/35)
Min3: 30s Hollow Hold

Scores = 10RM Bench Press; Min1 Reps and Movement
