A. “Saturday Skill”

·      5 Minutes of Kipping Instruction and Practice

·      Every 2 minutes for 8 minutes (4 Sets): 5-10 Kipping Pullups

B. With a partner, dividing the Pullups and Wall Ball evenly but running together, complete 5 rounds for time of:
20 Pullups
30 Wall Ball (20/14)
400m Run

Time Cap = 30 Minutes
Score = Part B Time (RX or Scaled)
