“12 Days of Christmas” Park Hill Fitness Style
Perform the movements to the tune of the “12 Days of Christmas” song. Round 1 is a 100m run. Round 2 is 2 Power Cleans + 100m run. Round 3 is 3 Ring Dips + 2 Power Cleans + 100m run. And so on…

12 – Shoulder-to-Overhead (61/43)
