A. 5 Minutes of Split Jerk Instruction and Practice + 5 Minutes to Build to 50% 1RM
B. Every 2 minutes for 14 minutes (7 Sets): Split Jerk
Sets1-2: 5 reps @ 50-60% 1RM
Sets3-5: 4 reps @ 60-70% 1RM
Sets6-7: 3 reps @ 70-80% 1RM
C. AMRAP 9 Minutes:
9 Burpees
12 Goblet Lunges (24/16)
Scores = Heaviest 3 Split Jerk; Part C Rounds + Reps (RX or KB)
