A. 5 Minutes of Bench Press Instruction and Practice + 7-10 Minutes to build to 85% 1RM Bench Press
B. Every 2 minutes for 18 minutes (9 Sets): Bench Press
Sets1-3: 1 rep @ 85-95% 1RM
Sets4-6: 3 reps @ 75-85% 1RM
Sets7-9: 5 reps @ 65-80% 1RM
C. For Load: 400m Suitcase Carry
