C. Every 4 Minutes for 12 minutes (3 Sets), Complete:
Set1: 9 Muscle Ups + 9 Power Snatch (61/43)
Set2: 7 Muscle Ups + 7 Power Snatch
Set3: 5 Muscle Ups + 5 Power Snatch

*Muscle Up Scales: Fewer MU, Jumping Muscle Ups, 2xPullups, or 1xPullups
